This message indicates that the given filesystem could not be mounted.

DOS (PC) or HFS (Macintosh) filesystems can be checked to make sure they are in a valid format with the fpck program, for example:

fpck /dev/rdsk/dks0d1s15

Once the filesystem has been checked, reinsert the diskette to mount it.
