The Device Is Not Found

The Confidence test has detected that the device existed and was still configured. However, the tablet or the spaceball device is no longer connected. If the device has been removed, the port information requires updated information. To change the status of the port to accurately reflect the status of the serial ports, select Port Setup from the System Managers Administrative Tools. If the device has not been removed, verify that the device is properly connected and is powered on.
