The Confidence test has detected that the device is currently in use by another process. Verify that the device is available for testing by executing the ps (1) command. If the device is not currently in use by another process, try resetting the device and executing the Confidence test again. If the device is still in use, try shutting down the system by using the shutdown (1M) command to clear any stray processes that might have locked the device, and then power on the system again. To reset the system, you must have root privileges.
