Select “Making a copy of the original file” if you want to place a reference from your OutBox page to a copy of the original file. OutBox stores the copy of the file in the /usr/people/yourusername/public_html directory. You may want to reference to a copy of the file if you want to continue to make changes to the original file, but don't want others to view the changes while you make them.
