The Audio Confidence test uses the apanel(1) software to control the volume for audio input and output. Verify that the audio software has been installed by executing the versions(1M) command. The output of the versions command should reflect the following:

If the audio software is not installed, install the dmedia_eoe.sw.audio software prior to executing the Audio Confidence test again.
