The Tape Confidence test has detected that the tape in the tape drive is currently write protected. Eject the tape and verify that the tape is not write protected. The status of the tape in the tape drive can be verified by executing the mt status command. The last line of output from the mt status command should indicate the status of the media.

Once the tape is write enabled, you should execute the Tape Confidence test again.
