The CD-ROM Confidence test failed due to an internal problem communicating with the CD-ROM device. This problem could be due to corrupt or incorrectly installed software. Try re-installing the Confidence test software, confidence.sw.base and desktop_eoe.sw.FileTypingRules, prior to executing the tests again.
