Icon Displayed for a Device That Is Not Available

The Confidence test has detected that the device you have selected for testing is not physically connected. You should not have seen this error message because the devices are probed prior to the icons being displayed for the Confidence test window.

Some devices may appear because they communicate with the X server. The devices that communicate with the X server are spaceball, dials and buttons, and tablet.

If the icon displayed in the Confidence test panel is not a device that communicates with the X server, contact your local support provider.
